A Proud Journey from Nursery to International Distinction
Stafford Sri Lankan School Doha was inaugurated in October 2001 under the visionary patronage of H.E. Meerasahib Mahroof, then Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the State of Qatar. The school is proudly affiliated with the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Qatar and functions as an approved, non-profit community educational institution.
The Patron of the school is H.E. The Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the State of Qatar, and the institution is governed by a distinguished Board of Directors elected by the parent and community body.
Beginning humbly as a nursery with just 25 students, SSLSD has grown dynamically over more than two decades into an approved institution under the Ministry of Education & Higher Education (MOEHE) Qatar and an Approved Examination Centre for Pearson Edexcel UK, providing education from Lower Reception to Advanced Level.
