How to Enroll

Four-Step Admissions Journey

Admissions are granted based on the availability of places and the student's ability to satisfy the admission criteria approved by the Ministry of Education & Higher Education (MOEHE).

Step 1

Online Application

Complete the online application form and upload copies of student and parents' valid Qatar Residence Permits (QID) and birth certificate.

Step 2

Placement Assessment

Oral evaluation for Kindergarten/Reception. Grade 1 and above sit for an age-appropriate placement examination covering English Language and Mathematics.

Step 3

Document Verification

Submission of attested academic transcripts, immunization records, transfer certificates, and passport copies to the admissions registrar.

Step 4

Enrollment & Welcome

Upon clearance by the Ministry of Education, registration fee settlement confirms the seat, followed by orientation and house allocation.

Age Eligibility Criteria

Per Ministry instructions, students must meet specific age thresholds computed as of September 30th of the academic year.

Required Documents Checklist

Please prepare the following original documents and copies when submitting your child's application.

✓Valid Qatar Residence Permit (QID) copies of student and both parents
✓Original Birth Certificate with English translation if required
✓Valid Passports copies of student and both parents
✓4 Recent Passport-sized Photographs (Blue or White background)
✓Attested Transfer Certificate / Leaving Certificate from previous school
✓Official Academic Report Cards from previous 2 academic years
✓Student Immunization / Health Record Card issued by PHCC or hospital
